Arthroscopic Capsular Plication

Arthroscopic capsular plication is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that tightens the shoulder capsule. It is performed to treat shoulder instability. A radiofrequency probe is inserted through an arthroscope to stimulate certain areas of the shoulder capsule. This causes the tightening and stabilization of the shoulder.
