Arthroscopic Remplissage is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat anterior shoulder instability caused by a very large Hill Sach’s lesion that is engaging the glenoid and causing shoulder dislocation. The procedure is very effective in reducing recurrent shoulder instability.
