Posterior Labral Repairs

An injury to the posterior labrum of the shoulder is an uncommon shoulder injury that can be treated with minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. The procedure can be performed using 2 posterior portals for proper visualization and suture manipulation; or a single lateralized posterior portal for visualization, placement of anchors and capsular repair.
